We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect, just a short walk to a food court and train station making it easy to explore. The staff was amazing, providing top-notch service from the moment we checked in until we left. We were greeted with a welcome drink and our room was immaculate, with all the amenities one could ask for including ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and even a safe. The leisure facilities were fantastic, with an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sun loungers. We definitely appreciated the free Wi-Fi and late check-out options too. a great experience!

We absolutely loved the Holiday Inn Parramatta! The hotel room was very nice, with a nice big room and lovely housekeeping. We also enjoyed the two types of pillows, soft and firm, for a comfy night's sleep. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the train station and Westfield shopping centre. As people who like karaoke and casinos, we were thrilled to find a pub across the road that was open till 6 am and served shots. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the buffet had a great variety of options. We also appreciated the convenient and secure Carpark, where we could leave our car for the day at no extra charge. we highly recommend the Holiday Inn Parramatta!

The room was comfortable and the bed was luxurious , made for a pleasant stay. The location was great, close to shopping and dining options, making it convenient to explore the area. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent housekeeping.
The hotel was overpriced for what it offered. The beds were old and uncomfortable, and the lack of facilities to prepare food, such as a microwave or toaster, was disappointing.

We had a corner spa in the bathroom and the shower was over this. It was a little difficult to get into and out of and was quite slippery.
